E3 Group are focused on continuing to help Asia Pacific Telcos and other technology based organisations in the region to improve their sales effectiveness and improve competitive advantage through our specialised consulting, sales training, implementation and performance measurement. We do this by combining our hands-on technology based sales and marketing experience with current sales best practice. Having lived and worked in several countries in the region over many years and successfully completed recent projects we are able to culturally align and readily engage with our client's sales teams.

Recent Projects:

  • Asia Pacific Mobile Services Provider – Provided organisational assessment & recommendations on improving national sales & marketing capability.  Completed customised sales training and provided new sales performance reporting and sales processes.

  • Engagement Model National Carrier and Retail Bank – Established an engagement model between sales, service delivery and the customer to ensure service delivery expectations are met.  Created standard form of contract and processes.

  • National Asia Pacific Carrier – Developed and delivered customised training workshops for this National Carrier's sales force. Separate training programs were provided for basic and advanced sales teams including Corporate Account Managers
